I'm not the kind of person to pay much attention to royals, especially since I've come to the quite unfortunate conclusion that most of them are rather dim (some more than others would in civilian clothes pass for British Rail employees). There are exceptions that prove the rule, of course: you must respect a monarch that employs the likes of Jancis Robinson to select wines for the royal cellars.
