Recently Esquire Magazine's blog called "Eat like a man" called to my attention the subject of the terrible food served to rock stars. Who would have thought that money couldn't buy everything, least of all good food for bands on tour? The Smoking Gun has published an excerpt from something I guess is best referred to as the "manual" handed to prospective tour caterers to the Foo Fighters.
